I truly believe that Yogalates can be practiced by anyone! I teach an effective combination of Yoga and Pilates to stretch and strengthen the entire body, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation. My focus is always on building strength and relieving stress from the mind-body to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Catherine Welsh
I am a teacher with 10 years experience specialising in classical Ballet.
I have taught a range of ages from toddlers to adults and really enjoy exploring the different approaches that help each age group to enjoy and achieve in dance.
I find working with younger students and the creativity and fun they bring to the studio especially rewarding.
Alongside my dance teaching I have spent time within a special school setting developing experience working with a range of abilities and making dance accessible to all.
